Lacquered walnuts in Manitol

For the mixture of dextrose and LyoFrambuesa

  • 92 g dextrose
  • 8 g powdered LyoFrambuesa

For the lacquered walnuts in Manitol

  • Manitol
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C and put the walnuts for 5 min to remove all the damp.
  2. Put the Manitol in a saucepan and heat it gradually until it dissolves.
  3. Stick half a walnut on a brochette stick and plunge quickly into the Manitol liquid. Bury it quickly in the LyoFrambuesa and dextrose mixture so that part of it stays attached.
