Søbogaard strawberry tipsy

For the Søbogaard strawberry tipsy

  • 300 g Søbogaard juice
  • 25 g orange liqueur
  • 75 g gin
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Put the selected biscuits on a grid and soak them with the bath prepared beforehand.
  3. Finish the tipsy with a little crème pâtissière and sugar on top and caramelise with a blowtorch.
