Søbogaard strawberry tipsy
For the Søbogaard strawberry tipsy
- 300 g Søbogaard juice
- 25 g orange liqueur
- 75 g gin
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Put the selected biscuits on a grid and soak them with the bath prepared beforehand.
- Finish the tipsy with a little crème pâtissière and sugar on top and caramelise with a blowtorch.
