Miniblock of white chocolate, yoghurt and Lyopineapple

For the miniblock of white chocolate, yoghurt and Lyopineapple:

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 10 g Lyopineapple cut up
  • 15 g Yopol
  • 0.3 powdered citric acid
  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 4 min at 360 watts.
  2. Warm the chocolate and add Yopol, the citric acid and Lyopineapple.
  3. Spread on a block.

All the preparations can be made with any kind of Lyofruit, but the structural weight and the strength of the taste must be borne in mind.
