Miniblock of white chocolate, yoghurt and Lyopineapple
For the miniblock of white chocolate, yoghurt and Lyopineapple:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 10 g Lyopineapple cut up
- 15 g Yopol
- 0.3 powdered citric acid
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 4 min at 360 watts.
- Warm the chocolate and add Yopol, the citric acid and Lyopineapple.
- Spread on a block.
All the preparations can be made with any kind of Lyofruit, but
the structural weight and the strength of the taste must be borne in mind.
